Some examples:
- If you ran 3 miles in 28:16, you can estimate the time if you had run a full 5K (3.1 miles)
28:16 ÷ 3 x 3.1 = 29:12
- Calculate the total amount of time you spent in transitions at your last triathlon
2:37 + 1:44 = 4:21
- Convert 0:18 minutes to the fractional part of an hour
0:18 -> 0.3
